He's a whiney twat and this just shows it. I believe he was always jealous of Stevie's success and almost had a, 'But I'm the great one' attitude. So now, he gets paid for 'not' going on the tour. Boo hoo. I don't hate Lindsay, He just makes me mad sometimes. Whatever the outcome the controversy has kept the tour on the news, so...I think they both won. They just don't realize it yet.
