Now I know that the interview clearly states that the music was for use by The Family, but wouldn't you just love to listen to these works that we almost certainly will never be lucky enough to hear? |
My kids told me they were very upset by this article because, besides its twisting of facts, they had understandably wanted to talk about
their music, but all the interviewer wanted and used was stuff about FM, Jeremy Spencer and the 'cult'! Better scoop, of course.
As far as a rap album goes, I recorded
one rap song as a spoof on a home digital set up.
And, while many of the younger musicians in the group at that time were using stomp boxes, distortion and whatnot, I never did, simply because I never have and still don't like 'em. I like playing clean through a small tube amp with nothing in-between.
So there! Makes me think of that old Who song: 'It's Not True'! Remember it?
