I think when Stevie mentioned floating like a goddess she basically means "acting regal" that is, go in strong, expecting to be treated well and with respect, and giving severe disapproval to those who don't comply. You know, imagine doing something Queen Elizabeth doesn't approve of and the cold, stare you'd get from her.....
