I'm not a big fan of DJ/Dance remixes. But I am really impressed by the artwork that comes has been generated. I'm curious to know about licensing/copyright issues.
There are the official remixes, sanctioned by artists. And then there are numerous other remixes. Are all these legally proper? Is there some loop hole where these other versions are allowed to be created and cirulated?
Enlighten me.
