Thanks Michele for the input.And yes it would be wrong if they have shots of two different crowds in the edit.Its like filming an interview with a clock that says 2pm and the director says cut and continue about an hour later at 3pm .
I learned in video production training to avoid filming things that break up the continuity of the video.
Also I think John wont be in the mood for a night of filming ether if he is not feeling good.
