I'll tell her. We're not running out of snakes around here anytime soon so I don't think we can help you out much.
The hunting day was not over for them after the snake. They also shot a couple squirrels. Guess what was for dinner? Nice and crunchy "chicken." Kids always think its chicken. ha ha. In general though anything that gets killed (within reason and you know snakes are within reason) get's cooked and ate.
Ya know, I was raised on hunting and fishing and doing all the other things you do when you're raised by a dad. I couldn't wait to move away from there and be as girly as possible. I didn't eat meat for several years. Now that I"m back around I really do appreciate it and am glad my little lady gets to kill stuff with grandpa...but she also gets to be girly with me.
