Sounds like he's using the Royal We here--speaking on behalf of the "Stevie Micks" symbiot.

Unless John had some reason to be unhappy with Lindsey too--but that seems to be clutching at straws.
At least he "clarified" that they were lying when they said Lindsey was fired because he wanted to postpone the tour.

My only interest in this article was Lindsey's solo tour, to be honest.

I don't think John cared very much about Lindsey. Not now, not ever.
