I wouldn't think anyone would be that stupid to want to pay that much more & wait another almost 3 months.
I can't believe that there are any extra tracks on the U.S. Koch release. That would be the only logical reason anyone would want to do that.
Gail, thanks for the heads up on the U.S. release on the Amazon site. I started a new thread. I had stopped checking the U.S. Amazon site when I heard about the delayed released date. I wasn't expecting to see anything at least until late June or July.
