I've never done it before. But based on what other's have said in this thread, this is what I've gathered:
The VIP entry, I believe, refers to the fact that someone comes out and gets you and takes you into the arena before the show starts so you can meet and talk to Mick. I'm not sure if you'll get the other things (like the lanyard mentioned) at Will Call or if they will give you those things when you actually go in for the Meet and Greet, though.
