The band was touring in 2009, she recorded a solo album in 2010, extended a solo tour in 2012, and did a contractual obligation album in 2014, however, the obvious difference is Christine wasn’t around in 09, 10, and 12, and Stevie made it known that an album without Christine was a nonstarter. I don’t agree with her decision and am disappointed by it, but she didn’t want to do an album with Lindsey. That was clearly something she didn’t enjoy. Why invest the time and energy on what she considered diminishing returns?
