I think Christine's voice suffered from the length of that 2014/2015 tour. When I saw her near the end of the Buckvie tour in Northfield OH (casino). She sounded great, maybe because there was a break between the two legs.
Her voice saw a drastic increase in activity from 2013-2019 and it wasn't exactly a gradual progression.
I'd be curious to see how she would sound if you asked her to sing songbird today. She very well might sound better than mid tour in 2019.
I suspect that her voice can't withstand the rigors of touring, not so much an actual decline or issue with her voice (besides natural aging)

I went to that same Pittsburgh show and agree it was magical, and Christine was vocally in good form. Everything gelled that night. I saw them later in the tour in Buffalo and they all sounded tired.
