I think people are mis-reading this as "Which covers would you like to be added to FM's concert set"? The band could do a cover without bumping something from their set. They could go on BBC Live Lounge and do something totally left-field and brilliant.

I always thought a ragged Nicks-led vocal of
Diamonds are Forever, with Lindsey doing an intense guitar arrangement, would be brilliant. And add a considerable old-and-bitter-jilted-lover edge to the song. In my head the whole thing is flawless and adds a lot of dimension to the lyrics.
