Some of your lack of energy could be coming from your recent elimination of narcotics. This is a common occurrence. Hang in there! Exercise really is the best thing; it releases all kinds of good things into your brain and body. The trick is to get up enough motivation to get started, right? Set tiny goals for yourself to begin with. Over time, raise the bar for yourself. Good luck.
