I tried "Debut Video Capture Software" to record the screen and it worked quite well [
http://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/index.html]. (It seemed okay to me, but I can't guarantee that this is safe software so download at your own risk)
Streamed audio (quality) sucked, but that could be fixed... (I ended up recording sound separately, and mixed video and audio, in Windows mediaplayer.)
