Did we ever hear specifically WHY Mick and John did not tour with BuckVie? I don't think I remember hearing the reason why they weren't touring.
Were they busy?
Did they not want to tour?
Did they decide that they had already pissed Stevie off enough?
Did Stevie let her displeasure be known?
