It shouldn't have the apostrophe.
With the apostrophe, "You're jam-- it tastes the sweetest to me" is saying "You are jam-- it tastes the sweetest to me"
When really the line is saying your jam is sweeter than any other jam to me. So you need the possessive 'your'
"Your jam, it tastes the sweetest to me".
And I agree with the poster who said in one of these threads that that line sounds a bit naughty...
