It’s from UK. The reason there isn’t any prog on that list is because most of the British rock magazines have been following the Lester Bangs/Dave Marsh school of thought that praised punk (=traditional three chord rock and roll) and loathed prog (too high-brow and European). Yeah, they liked the stuff when it was released but after punk’s year zero most of them just abandoned it completely.

Uncut have been good to FM, putting Tusk on that list and putting SYW to their top 20 of 2003.
