"Calumny" is my favorite song on the album. I actually think it's right up there with "Songbird". I don't usually get too emotional about songs, but "Calumny" is an exception. When you think about it, Dan Perfect must be a pretty terrific songwriter. "Calumny" & "Northern Star" are 2 fantastic songs. I wonder if he has anymore like that up his sleeve.
The only song I have any problem with is "Easy Come Easy Go". It's my least favorite song on the album. I don't really dislike it, but I wouldn't really miss it if it wasn't on the album. I also would have reversed the tracking order of "Givin' It Back" & "Forgiveness". I too LOVE how "Forgiveness" changes at the end.
I also agree with everyone about Christine's voice. It's the best that she's ever sang, in my opinion. I can't figure out how she can sound so good if she still smokes though. I think her vocals dominate the album. That may have been her intention, too.
