Cool article. Very cool. I completely disagree about the negative assessment of Kiln House (it's in my top three Mac albums) and think the author gives Bare Trees more value than it deserves (it's a very fine album but not second to Rumours). still, there are so many good points in the piece.
Also, before now, I'd never seen the 1979 pic of Kirwan, the one that's from the shoot for his last solo album. He may have been in a bad space during the making of that record, but he looked great.
