i'll definitely do Towson, but actually would rather know some more dates before buying the tickets so i can figure out whether there is more than one option and who to take to which one if there are several close to me, how many tickets to buy, etc...
re venue info vs ticketmaster - how reliable is info from the venue? couple of months ago there was a band that i wanted to see and they had 3 dates in the area - two in 9:30 club in DC, one in Rams Head in Baltimore. during presale through band's website both DC dates were sold out but when i called the venue they said tickets have yet to go on sale through the venue - but ultimately they never did i think. (interestingly, although it was full enough, Baltimore tickets never sold out, presale or regular sale)
