right now, i just started a pretty bananas thread. so that's pretty bananas.
but i haven't eaten a banana in a long time b/c bananas are very high on the glycemic index.
do you love bananas or do you hate them? i personally love them, aside from the aforementioned glycemic index issues. i like to eat them with peanut butter.
