It might well have. The main reason for them not wanting to cancel/delay the tour seemed to be not wanting to leave promoters in the lurch (screwing themselves for future tours), and/or pay any possible financial penalties. With so many people having to cancel now for reasons over which they have no control i.e. hardly anyone would show up it making it a colossal financial loss for all for them to go out and play empty arenas. Thus they'd have been off the hook. I am waiting to see what happens with Lindsey's tour; dates have been rescheduled for late summer, so someone somewhere is feeling optimistic about things.
