Not sure what you mean by "gaggy."
If you're having panic attacks, you'll definitely know something's wrong. It's not the same as being a little nervous. For me, it was an overwhelming sense of doom - like I had some terrible illness that was going to kill me any minute. I couldn't sleep, and I stopped eating & lost something like 20 lbs.
