Fans from Britain tell me they see it in stores over there from time to time. It was published in '92 but maybe you can still find copies for sale here & there. It's a great book & I highly recommend it to tab readers & notation readers. The keyboard parts are about 80 percent accurate, which is damn good for a music book.
About those wonderful "Oh Daddy" harmonics that constitute the intro to the live performances, you can hear the 1980 playing at Neil's site (
www.fleetwoodmac-uk.com). He's been posting MP3s of a soundboard recording of the 3-15-80 Sydney show at Hordern Pavilion, a show I originally leaked. Judy La Fleur was sweet enough to rip MP3s of the entire show from my old cassette of it. I think Neil has "Oh Daddy" up currently, which features that amazing intro of harmonics.
