Rolling Stone senior reporter Andy Greene has reported this based on his conversations with the band which I assume means Mick Fleetwood and Stevie Nicks. Again, Lindsey has every right to correct the story if the media reporting is inaccurate.
I believe Mick called Neil and Mike in March to offer them the jobs after the band couldn't convince Lindsey to honor his commitment to tour this year.
