If they said musician playing an instrument, I'd go with that. But performer - no way. In the 70's and really through 1986 though it had dimished - she was one of the most energetic and limitless performers around

Actually, FM was the result of three rather large songwriting talents and a killer rhythm section - LB's production was killer though.
