Hmm, I'm not sure Matt, I mean, I'm sure they know when something they recorded and released like "The Dance" hit the streets but I doubt they'd be told, or, to be honest, be interested in which formats it was released on, unless they were truly interested in making sure it was released in what would be considered a specialist format like vinyl (in this day and age) and I can't say I've ever heard anything about any of the members lobbying for any non standard format issues of their catalog. I think Mick was taken with CD-ROM's a decade or so ago and he has his Acid loop thing too but I don't think that constitutes a genuine interest in what formats their recordings are being released on. The format release decisions are probabaly more in the Marketing wing of Reprise anyways, but who knows?

That is a very good idea about finding out from someone in the camp but does anyone here know how to realistically contact them? ...and even if we do, would we get a real answer?

You're welcome track, just wish I could've provided something more solid in the way of evidence here. I bet those ones disappearing at Musicstack may have been due to Musicstack finding that they were boots or well, I shouldn't say boots because I know they sell boots there but maybe counterfeit instead or something and pulled them. Like you say though, hopefully someone can post something substantial on this here soon, I just fear that the more time that goes by without anything major surfacing to back this up, it just proves the point more that they don't exist in any US/UK fashion. Fingers crossed for the future though anyways.

John
