An 'acetate' is just a studio copy CDR that the artist can use to see how the album would sound after the mixing/mastering has been accomplished and it can be used to determined if there may be problems with the selected mastering/mixes...if so they go back and fix the problems and use the CDR as the reference point. |
I wonder if the Say You Will acetate has any alternate mixes of the songs on the album. If it does, maybe I'll buy it...
