No, but a very similar type publication.
I have noticed that despite the on-the-surface farsical extremes of some of the claims...eventually, when all's said & done, they're actually closer to the truth than you'd expect.
(I think that's why that scene in
Men In Black when Tommy Lee Jones picks up a copy of each of those rag-mags to read for factual info is so funny....humor is based on truth, right?)
