If you don't know why, here it is:
The tone of the thread starter was confrontational, however there were some interesting opinions and posts and I thought we might be able to continue the discussion in a civil manner.
But since a few people are still making rude and nasty comments, despite several warnings about sticking to the rules, it's now closed.
