Homer, including air mail shipping, it was between $20-$21. Because of the currency fluctuations, that's only an estimate. I bought that Madison Blues box set last year from Amazon U.K. When Amazon eventually charged my credit card it was only about 40 cents more than the original estimate that they gave me when I pre-ordered it. I'm sure it's going to be pretty close to the $20-$21 range. By the way, the shipping was very fast. I got the box set just over a week after they shipped it to me. If I were you, I'd go for it. Sept. 7th is a long way off.
