. He's either an employee of his own corporation or LC (W2) or he's 1099 independent contractor. Extremely high income earners set up their own corps to Schedule deductions etc . Whatever he is, there's always a tax liability.

The interesting part for me is that through discovery, we can find out a lot about the bands machinations. I did figure out that FM sets up a LLc for every tour for merch etc and has even sued some merchandisers. There's $$ in merch .
