I haven't heard her version of "Imagine," so I can't comment on that and I don't find her to be over-emotive on the performances that I have heard.
In any case, even the best musicians lay the occasional egg. None of them are perfect (though I'm still waiting for Tom Petty to lay his). Even my precious Walter Egan (who I'll be meeting in two weeks!!!
) has recorded some songs that I absolutely can't stand. So I'm sure Bekka has some of her own duds as well.
