Yes I would include those. You Make Love Fun & Dreams are both excellent signature songs. In fact, Dreams might be Stevie's best song of all.

when I consider songwriting, I consider both the lyrics & the music & all formal properties I can think of inherent in the song. So for example I would consider the complementary way that the words "My heart was broken/My part was spoken/Now the ground has opened" are wrapped in the chords, as well as the effect of a caesura in each line & the pictographic action of each phrase's melodic arc (in other words if you were to look at the melodic voicing in pictoral/representational terms).
