This is not a phenomenon that I've noticed going on at shows I've seen. Yes, there are women at the front of the stage, but I haven't seen them escorted there by security. The ones I see usually elbow their way up there, past the people who had upfront tickets. No one brings them there.
I don't know enough about the people security guards bring up to the front to have a strong opinion about why it happens. But I don't conclude that Lindsey requested it, especially since it doesn't happen at his own solo shows.
I find the conjecture about who did it, who can stop it and why they don't all very amusing, but highly unfounded.
