I am the one who posted that with the possible (and very likely) misleading information.
You see, Andy Sky created 8 different folders containing Stevie demos and live performances and made a blog to share them all here:

I downloaded everything hoping there would be something new, then I posted that song exactly the way he'd labeled it, now there's no evidence that Don Henley is playing (he's not singing) and there's also no evidence it's from 1981.
I spoke to the person I trust the most when it comes to Stevie's music and he confirmed there's absolutely no evidence. I just copied the file and the title the way Andy Sky shared it, so unless he has further information, Don Henley's participation is pure speculation.
I should have edited the original post to erase the misleading info but I kept forgetting. I’ll do it right away.
