I'm fine with Stevie appearing on
The Voice, precisely because I don't think it's something she HAS to do in order to keep doing what she loves. To me it would be sad if she had to take a gig like that in order to pay her property taxes or something. That's always the feeling I get when a nearly forgotten celebrity turns up on a show like
Hollywood Squares. But Stevie doesn't need money, and she's still raking in millions every year. She's doing
The Voice because she wants to, and that's why I'm fine with it.
