Absolutely (IMO).
It was just frustrating and worrying to only be hearing one side of the story, and it was a relief to hear something from his side (and to see that he seems to be "business as usual"), regardless of the rights and wrongs of whatever did actually go down.
His public persona is eloquent and diplomatic, and he seems sincere, but for example I can fully sympathize with Stevie perhaps not wanting to be under his thumb in the studio (which is
his domain/territory, after all), especially when there's a rocky history going all the way back to your teens.
