I'm not sure from that ambiguous clip we can infer anything real about 'new FM music'. It's not clear on that clip, to me, whether he was being serious or making a joke, given that it was a couple seconds long, it was weird electronic robotic noise, and he was in a big bathrobe and swimming goggles.
