Not only that, but the vinyl contains the main album only and none of the bonus material. We should have a choice on what format to choose from. There should be a vinyl edition and a CD edition, and both should contain all the bonus material.

While it's not a perfect solution, you can buy digital downloads of the live album and burn it to a disc.
