At least there is no room for dispute about who the 'piggy' reference was aimed at--but was that enough to warrant keeping it off his Best Of? Especially since the video depicts an entirely unrelated narrative and since Mick himself was actually flattered when the interviewer apparently told him that the song and the 'young Mr Rockcock' reference were about him.
