But, yea, that voice tinkering is akin to nails on a chalkboard at times - AND - LB's (presumably LB  ) use of that radio sound on EFO and Illume  - I guess I think gimmicks are beneath them and ESP. him because he is brilliant and so innately innovative without that. |
Voice tinkering, that's exactly what it is. It's as if they homogenized her voice
so much that it's a chore to find any warmth to it on that album, save maybe It's Only Love. I don't know how to describe it, but metallic is a pretty good word for it.
Oy, that radio effect drives me nucking futs. There's NO point to them and makes it look like they're using them just to use them.
