But, yea, that voice tinkering is akin to nails on a chalkboard at times - AND - LB's (presumably LB ) use of that radio sound on EFO and Illume - I guess I think gimmicks are beneath them and ESP. him because he is brilliant and so innately innovative without that.

Voice tinkering, that's exactly what it is. It's as if they homogenized her voice
so much that it's a chore to find any warmth to it on that album, save maybe It's Only Love. I don't know how to describe it, but metallic is a pretty good word for it.
Oy, that radio effect drives me nucking futs. There's NO point to them and makes it look like they're using them just to use them.
