NO, Christine did not tour with them to promote the album. She only agreed to do studio work. The band consisted of Mick, John, Dave, Billy, and Bekka.
They played some of Christine's songs with Bekka singing her parts. I really liked what she did with "Say You Love Me" during a performance in Switzerland.
