Michelej1 - Blues for Greeny was an entirely different tribute collection, it wouldn't have had anything to do with the blog piece you referenced in your first post (the info in that blog was actually lifted from a 1994 article). So I believe kowk is correct that Rattlesnake Guitar was the tribute collection referred to in that blog.
