Yep, the looters might have kids to feed. The store owners feel like they're getting ripped off. It's too bad that during this time the looters couldn't just say to the store owners "I have kids to feed" and the owners help them out, then later the looters come back to repay. Then, of course, they wouldn't be looters anymore and the store owners wouldn't be store owners. They'd just be people looking out for each other and getting each other's backs. I wish..
