I tried to explain this to FM77. Another valid reason why an iconic song is wasted at the beginning of the setlist. The only reason The Chain DOES work at the beginning is because All Over Again is the last song of the night. The Chain talks about never breaking the chain whereas All Over Again admits the chain was broken but that one could still go on with what lies ahead.
