When she came onstage, and before Simon said it, I told my husband she looked like Dolly Parton. It was totally true, and not necessarily a MEAN thing. It was the big-ish blonde hair, the fake eyelashes and the dress combo. Besides, Dolly's not so bad.
Kellie just looked like a more subdued version. I thought comparing Bucky's hair to Jessica Simpson's was much meaner.
But yeah, America got it right tonight. I don't think I would have cared if it Lisa or Ace had gone home instead, but sorry Melissa.
