I think it's just Lindsey wanting to cut all ties with that album because Rick and Billy kicked so much ass on that tour and BTM tour after that.
He may not like the fact that Rick and Billy did such a great job and that fans responded so well to them on those tours. "Little Lies" rocked and "Isn't It Midnight" was just killer on both tours. Maybe Lindsey doesn't want to look back on that material or maybe the whole band doesn't want to since they aren't doing anything from that album this tour.
