And I really appreciate your comments. You're right about how most people base most decisions on whatever trait they personally feel is important. Like, I don't care if a doctor was considered the best in town - if she's an asshole, I'm not going to her. Not that I'd take the ****ty doctor just because she was the most friendly either, but I definitely weigh more than 1 factor in most decisions. Maybe others don't.
