it is a horrible amount, but it is great coverage (Deb's deductible is $1000 for the whole year - After she meets the $1000 the insurance covers the rest. Doesnt take much to reach the $1000 mark since her twice yearly Pet Imaging Scans cost about $4200 each time).
We make too much for free health care coverage, so we get by the best way possible which is Deb pays $80 a month for her coverage and I use IHS through the Cherokee Nation & pay out of pocket when needed.
The local IHS (Indian Health Services) paid for my MRI last April (Which was about $7000) cause otherwise I wouldnt have had it performed due to not having the $$$ to pay for it.
